A set of stoneware with a “Buddhist like” carved lotus flower and a fish inside a full circle under a green crackle glaze.

Love from the first sight was the true feeling with this perfect set of utensils that has survived for thousands of years. This quiet piece stays very close to my ivory Guang Ying and tea is offered to both of them almost every morning.

I ask myself very often; why am I so drawn to antiquities? Perhaps they have ancient knowledges I need to learn from...

“Green Wonderland” - Recipe

- seasonal green vegetable
- Chinese chives flowers
- Lycium (Chinese dry herbs full of vitamins A & D)
- one tablespoon of grape seed oil
- one tablespoon of sea salt
- three to five slices of fresh ginger

In a pot saute ginger with grape seed oil. When you smell the fragance of ginger, add about one cup of hot water and sea salt, followed by the seasoned vegetable. Simmer for about 20 - 30 minutes. Add chives flowers and lycium for unique flavor.
